Slab Report
The crappie bite on Wheeler has been great this fall. The lake level is @ 552.04 and water temp in most places is 49.
We have been catching some good crappie slow trolling live minnows on road runner heads and live baby shad jigs from lake fork tackle. We have been up on stump flats in 5 to 8 foot of water. I only look for it to get better as the water gets colder.
